These rooms offer the same facilities and features as the rest of the rooms in the complex, the difference being their location on a lower floor accessible by stairs (no lift). The terrace connecting the rooms is a common space. This part of the complex overlooks the area commonly known as "the other Lanjarón", with its beautiful ruined Moorish castle.
